The SSW visa lets Japanese employers hire job-ready foreign workers in designated shortage industries. We prepare candidates at our own training centers and support both sides from interview to long-term retention.

Care, food service, food manufacturing, construction, agriculture, hospitality and other major SSW fields.

Candidate requirements

JLPT N4 or JFT-Basic plus the industry skills test. Our candidates complete test preparation and workplace-culture training before interviews.
