Vision & Mission
Growing people, harvesting futures.
"Kebun" means garden in Indonesian. We don’t simply "send" workers — we select seeds, prepare the soil, and nurture growth: training, accompanying, and staying with our people until they take root and bear fruit in Japan.
- 1
Train seriously, so every worker can thrive in Japan for the long term
- 2
Keep the process transparent and ethical — no brokers, no improper fees
- 3
Be a two-way bridge that creates value for both countries

Greeting
A Word of Welcome
It is our great pleasure to welcome you to our digital home.
We chose the name "Kebun" — Indonesian for garden — deliberately. Like a fertile garden, we believe every individual is a seed of talent with extraordinary potential: nurtured with care, fed with the right education, and planted in a supportive ecosystem, they grow into globally competitive professionals.
Our focus at PT Kebun Teknologi Indonesia is to be the golden bridge connecting Japan and Indonesia through human resources.
We see a perfect synergy: Japan, with its technological progress, innovation and pressing industrial needs, alongside Indonesia with its demographic dividend and its dynamic, creative, passionate young talent. We exist to bring these two strengths together.
Through our programs, we equip Indonesian talent not only with world-class technical skills but also with a deep understanding of Japanese culture, discipline and professional work ethics — creating cross-border collaboration that is mutually beneficial and sustainable.
Thank you for your trust and support. Together, let us plant seeds of goodness, nurture potential, and harvest success for a better future for Indonesia and Japan.
